Indian police launched an investigation Sunday after a family of 11 was found dead inside their home in New Delhi.
The family owned a grocery and plywood store, says ANI citing sources.
While some of the victms were found hanging from an iron grill ceiling; others were lying on the floor blindfolded with their hands and legs tied up.
Police suspect they committed suicide after the family suffered financial losses in business.
Police said the quarrel between the two groups dates back to 2013.
Seven of the victims are women, including three teenagers, while four are men.
Their shop would usually open by 6 in the morning, but when it didn't till 7.30, a customer knocked on the doors to check and was shocked to see all of them hanging from the ceiling.
Law enforcers have cordoned off the area.
