Huawei is preparing to launch its annual spring flagship, its P-series line, on March 27 in Paris. At the top of the screen, Huawei has included a notch which houses sensors and the front facing camera, similar to the iPhone X and the recently leaked OnePlus 6. On Monday morning, VentureBeat's Evan Blass shared a photo of what he claims to be the Huawei P20, although it looks slightly different from previous leaks.
The device admittedly does look lovely, with little to no bezels.
There have been a lot of rumours that have surrounded the upcoming Huawei P20 smartphone wherein many had believed that the device would have three rear cameras.
Will you be buying a phone from the Huawei P20 range?
On the back, its Leica co-developed dual camera array features a pair of 16-megapixel components, endowing it with hybrid zoom capabilities. That being said, the Huawei P20 is will not be the only one coming out this year toting a notch.
The Huawei P20 and P20 Plus are expected to be powered by the Kirin 970 processor. Starting with the display side, the image shows a phone that is definitely sporting the 18:9 display-to-body ratio and the fact that the phone will be running Android 8.0 Oreo at launch. It is also expected that the P20 will offer features like 3D face scanning and animated emojis.
